Headless smartman

Long, long ago, there was an old man who thought he knew everything but he didn't. He thought he was the center of the earth and everyone he met had to warship him. One day, he went to the creek to go fishing he did have the best fishing method because he caught 50 fish with his hand in 2 hours. He started walking farther down the river when he saw an alligator. He didn't know what it was so it surprised he he thought he could try to get rid of it before anyone could see it and figure out he doesn't know everything. When he went to go pick  up the alligator it bit of his head. The old man walked home with no head everyone laughed at him, he died of humiliation.

My Three Cats

My cat is very strange. He eats his food and drinks his water. He lays down and stands up whenever he feels like it. He is lucky because he can puke where ever he wants and wont get in trouble. When he uses the restroom he doesn't he have to open or close a door. My cat is cute because he is fat; fat cats are cute. My other cat eats a lot, maybe to much because she is really fat. My third cat can jump 6 feet tall.  I love my cats they are all cute.

Pangaea

If suddenly all the continents came back together a series of earthquakes and tsunamis. Would happen and destroy city and towns. Eventually all the building would fall and turn into rummage. If the continents were slowly moving together and no damage is caused then the worlds temperature would change and the world trade would be easier. Also a lot more wars would happen but probably a lot less nuclear wars.

Tyler in the woods

Tyler was walking in the woods on a windy night. He felt like someone was following him he thought he heard whispers but wasn't sure. He kept walking in the woods; he just liked the woods. He has never walked in them at night, but he kept walking he didn't realize that he has never walked as far as he did. He stopped to sit down when he saw something a person, a shadow, a ghost. Tyler got scared and kept running until his friend appeared wright in front of him. He was startled at first but realized it was Jeff. Jeff did not say anything but Tyler kept talking when Tyler turned around to look behind him Jeff was sitting there two of his best friends standing write in front and behind him. Tyler got scared and confused until the two Jeff ate Tyler to death.

This is the Red Hot Devil Bull. It weighs 34.6 pounds and is the hottest thing on earth. It is the worlds biggest buffalo wing. It has never been attempted to be eaten. It could feed up to 10 adults and 20 kids it also will burn you insides just from smelling it.

What I know about 9/11

What I know about September, 11 is 13 years ago terrorist hijacked and crashed two planes into the twin towers. I know many people died and many people gave their lives to help people survive. I know that to many people have their opinions on what happened that day but most think it was Osama Ben Laden.

The House

Once there was a house at the end of the woods, it was very taboo and no one ever has thought about stepping in the house. Some say a family of canibles lived in the house others say it was a bunch of witches no one really knew the story about the house. Thomas a boy who lived on the other side of the woods was in the woods hunting for wild game, when he stumbled the part of the woods that was forbidden. He saw a buck that he had to kill to bring back to his family. He followed the buck into the house. Thomas was never seen again.

The Magic Home

      This house is not only a house it is a magical house, with many tricks and surprises. This house has never been stepped into, every thing is perfect in it and it is pretty cheap. Although it is brand new it was it's down the house could if disrespected eat you while you sleep. If treated good the house will give you all the fortune you want. The house is very cheap saying that the house will bring you the best fortune. Some say that the leaves on the trees outside the house die and turn into 100 dollar bills. That's why you should should buy this really cheap house.

Basketball

Basketball is a great team sport. I like basketball because I like people dunking. Everyone is playing. The sport is about team chemistry everyone gets along. No one yells at each other they like a big family they treat each other respect like they should. It is also a great fun sport to play and learn. If you are good you can get a scalar ship to some ware. Many kids do get scalar ships. It is fun to me because I'm good at basketball. the NBA has lots of money because of these great players. Players are represented by there team. I love watching basketball and playing it. Many kids dislike it but I think they are crazy.

Something that bugs me is how people cheat on sports. One time we were playing baseball and the umpire was calling bad strikes and balls on us. He was cheating because his son was on the other team. He almost let them win but a guy hit a double and made us win by one run. That kid got the game ball because of that winning hit and he won the homerun derby he is good at sports. He can hit homeruns like no tomorrow. He has played for nine years. He is one of the best players on the team. We were playing and a kid kept trying to hit us with the ball and put us out for the season.

Baseball is Americas pastime. Baseball is a fun great team sport. Baseball is the second most watched sport. It's also a hardworking sport most players practice at least a 5 hours a day to stay in shape. They have so many great fans in baseball it's a fun sport. I play baseball and  are team is undefeated this season. I hit the game winning run with a homerun it was cool. I play baseball to get better with people. We have kid that hits homeruns every game he is a great team player. He takes his time to gather everything we need for the game. He bring us water so we help him by winning all the time.

Kid Nation 7

I saw deviance in this episode by jarred flipping stuff over. He said he flipped over her snacks. He was mad at every body.  He got mad and started yelling. He was so mad he never talked to anyone for a day.

I saw social sanctions in this episode by when they won the laundry room. But it costs 20 cents to wash your cloths. They use jobs to encourage people to there job for money.They use rewards for punishment against you. The punishment is for everyone not completing the challenge.

I saw stigma in this episode by Greg picking on Nathan. and Greg picking on smaller people. People picking on everybody. They label people so they are not cool. Everyone calling names and yelling.  I don't think people should be yelling and calling names.

Kid Nation 6

I saw authority in this episode by the town council waking them up in the morning. The town council has authority over everyone. They made people pick up the trash. They also made them carry it. They made dig a hole that is 4 or 5 feet deep.

I saw coercion in this episode by them picking up trash. And carrying 200 meters from the town. And dig a hole that is deep. And they forced Taylor to carry water. She just doesn't do anything at all.

I saw cooperation by the shown down. The when they were cleaning trash. And when they were digging the hole a while from the town. All the people helping the town. And when they had to filling something up everyone worked together.

Kid Nation 5

I saw group boundary in this episode by the colors they were. The blue doesn't let other players were blue. Nobody wares anybody's teams colors. They don't go into other peoples cabins. Everyone has there colors that nobody can ware.

I saw conflict in this episode by the other people reelecting and arguing.  And people yelling at each other. Everyone fighting. Each other throwing stuff at each other. And pushing each other for position to win compotation.  There was conflict between blue and yellow.

I saw in group in this episode by the blue trying to take over the town. Many people try to win the town.  Kids try to be the best in the town. Everyone is mean. Every one hates each other ect for friends.

Kid Nation 4

I saw status set in this episode by the older kids trying help the little kids. The town people try to rule over everyone. The town council is making decisions with out peoples ok. The older kids disagree with their choices. The older kids want to over throw the town council.

I saw obligation in this episode by the greens doing there work. The yellow is doing nothing at all. All the blue is cleaning because they are cooks. Every one is doing there jobs so they can run the town right. The yellow is going to have to clean up now. Every one needs to help.

I saw rights in this episode by the kids wearing what they want. They can believe in what they want. The yellow is doing what ever they want to do just to do nothing. they all choose to wear there team colors. No one does any thing to help other teams.

I think of Uruguay is a smart man to not buy a lot of expansive stuff. Jose Mujican donated $11,250 to charity in stead of keeping it for him self. He has a cheap car and cheap wheels. He says he doesn't to work after being president to keep a expensive life style. Instead he wants to retire and live a poor life so he doesn't have to pay as much as other rich people have to pay monthly. He is a very smart if he were to do that he would be broke really fast.

Baseball

Baseball is a great team sport. When you come up to the plate you need a plan in order to hit the ball. Baseball is my favorite sport. Plenty of people watch baseball it is the third most watched sport in the world. Pitcher work the hardest out of every one on the field because they are not just standing around and they get the ball after every pitch. Many kids grow up playing baseball and they get good they can hit homeruns at young age. Kids that practice are usually the best on the team. Baseball is a team sport if someone is not happy then no one is happy. In some sports they give away free stuff in the cardinal's stadium if a ball is hit in big mac land they give free big macs.

Desocialization: The older kids are going from there old self's to mean people. Most of the older kids were cursing.The young kids are not use to getting up early. The older kids want to sleep in but they get up and wake up the young kids.

Resocialization: They have to get up earlier. Every one wants to sleep in. Now they have to sleep on the ground.Everyone wants the gold star.

Reforence Group: The older kids are trying to rub off on the smaller kids. The smaller kids look up to the older kids. The young want to learn how to cook from the older kids. The older kids look up at the parents.

Kid Nation #2

I saw society in this episode because the groups work together. They all sleep together in a room on the floor. The teams all ware a certain color for there team. They work as a team to win upper class so they can get a dollar. 

I saw values in this episode because every one wants to get the dollar. You can win a star worth twenty thousand dollars. If your upper class you get a dollar. You spend money on stuff for you so you can drink good stuff.

I saw subculture because the older kids are more  bigger. Many of the small kids are afraid of the big kids. The older kids try to take over. The people were not doing there jobs because of there power over every one.

Weekend

I was playing a game with my Dad. We were playing a racing game with drag racing,drifting,speed, and grip. Many of the races were easy wins. We are now the showdown king.

KId Nation

Power means the ability to control others a kid was shoving a the leader and was trying to break him down. The kid is fifteen and was trying to control the group. The older kids were vandalizing every thing. the older kids wanted to do what they wanted.

Verstehen mean understanding others. This kid was crying and girl was trying to tell him about what other kids were sad about. Other kids weren't eating there food. The girl was crying because she was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. And the food was nasty. And the older kids were trying to pick them up.

Class conflict the blue group was going around vandalizing the other groups. The blue is cheating. All the groups were trying to take over. Many kids are being mean to each other. The kids are bittering over dumb stuff.

Dear Mrs. Debolt

         I play baseball, basketball, and football.I play out field in baseball. In basketball i play point guard. In football I can play all spots.I love playing sports and going outside. Sports are fun to play.Sports are a big part of my life.

         One time I was walking home and a train was on the tracks and it was stopped and they were put down new tracks so we had to wait for it to pass to get in the woods.The train took about twenty minutes. They were putting down new track. They were armored with guns.     

          I would like to learn how to to type twenty times faster than I can now.I'm new to typing this is my first time typing the right way. Typing is fast thing to learn. Typing is the best thing to learn.

 

         This is what I know and do outside of school. Outside of school I'm funny. Every thing outside of school is fun and entertaining. Sports are huge part of my life and I love playing them for events outside of school.

Video game don't make kids more violent because then kids would running around being mean and fighting a lot. many kids that fight don't know what there fighting about it could be over trucks, gum whatever but kids really don't do that these days many people don't fight like that anymore. Kids don't go around acting like there going to hurt you.

Kid Nation!

I think it is crazy that these kids are doing this. I know I wouldn't. I'd be scared to be away from everything I'm used for so long. I would get homesick and it would be very terrible. It might be worth the gold star because of what it's worth, but I still don't think I would be okay with being away from home and family for 40 days. It would be very difficult to travel, get/make food, and be comfortable with living there. These kids are very brave. Especially the younger ones. The situations that they are getting put in are getting tougher and tougher. I will be really surprised if a lot of kids actually stay. I feel really bad for the kids who have to try and keep everyone together because they are feeling the most pressure. They are actually doing pretty well keeping things together even though they have had some issues. I think this is good for the kids though because they will be more responsible in their life back home and later in life. I think they chose the right thing between the TV and the outhouses. The TV would be a distraction from work and they need the outhouses more. I think it's good for them to work for money because it is goof practice for when you get older and work for the things you want. It's understandable that Jimmy wanted to go home to his family. He is very young to be doing something like this. I think that Sophia earned the gold star. She's been trying to help a lot and is trying to make a difference.

Six Flags

 

I love going to Six Flags. I really wish it was open in the winter even though it would be cold going on the rides. Whenever people ask what my favorite ride is, I can't give them an answer because I like so many of them. Which is kind of weird because I hated roller coasters till like 2 summers ago. I don't even know what I was so afraid of now that I've rode all of the rides there. I even rode The Super Man over the summer. But, I really like the ride, The Boss and The Batman. Even though the lines are sometimes EXTREMELY long, Six Flags is one of my favorite places to go in the summer. I really hope I get another season pass this year.

Something that really bugs me is school and some people. School is supposed to be fun and you get to learn new things but for me, it isn't even about learning anymore. It's just about getting good grades. Some teachers do make it fun and I do actually learn some pretty cool stuff from some teachers. But, there are also some that I cannot learn from and they don't even try to make school fun for us. Some people bug me because they do things just to make me mad and it annoys me even more. And I cannot stand when people are constantly in my business all the time because it is my life not theirs and they judge before actually knowing the reasons that I make the choices that I do. Another thing that bugs me is my sister. She always annoys me. She never listens when I babysit her and she always back talks. She never stops screaming.
 

Missing Summer

I really miss summer. I miss going swimming and being outside 24/7. I love going on walks at night in the summer and hanging out with my friends. One of my favorite things to do in the summer is going to six flags. I'm tired of winter. I hate being cold all the time. The only thing I like about winter is being off school because of the snow. But, even snow days have bad parts to them. Like being bored and not being able to do anything except for going to play in the snow. Another bad thing about snow days is that you have to make them up. I wish I lived somewhere where it was never cold or snowy. Some people like winter and love snow but I just can't stand it. I could definitely live without snow.

Is Everyone Special?

 The US says everyone is special. I don't think this is right. Everyone isn't special. If everyone was special, then no one would be special. Everyone is different. You should be your own person and try to be. You shouldn't try to be like everyone else. You should do and be who you want and not care what everyone else thinks of you. But, in a different view everyone is special in their own way. There's always going to be something special about you no matter what. You can think of it in a lot of different ways and perspectives.

St. Louis Blues

The Saint Louis Blues are my favorite hockey team. They are really good. My favorite players are Alexander Steen and Vladimir Tarasenko. Alexander Steen has already made 28 goals this season. I go to the games sometimes and it's my favorite thing to do. I have been to four games already this season. I don't have a favorite goalie because Elliot and Halak both have their really good days, but also their really bad days. I've only been to one game where they lost and that was on February 2nd.

The Seven Doors

If I had a choice between seven doors that led to Narnia, Neverland, Wonderland, Hogwarts, Camelot, Middle Earth, or Westeros I would choose Neverland because it seems the most interesting to me. I wouldn't want to go to Narnia because it seems to boring for me. Wonderland would be too crazy. Hogwarts is too mysterious and I'm not really in to that kind of stuff. And I have no idea what Camelot, Middle Earth, and Westeros are. I would really want to meet Tinkerbell and be able to fly around with pixie dust with Peter Pan. I would probably meet a lot of new people and see a lot more animals too. I would be worried about Captain Hook though. He would scare me.

Teenage Years

Some things that I am always going to remember are how much I've struggled in pre-algebra and how much I hate school. Some of the things that adults remember are the most random things about their childhood and I don't know why they remember them. I will probably remember some of my friends and some fun things that I've done with them. I will probably remember a lot about my sisters and family. When I'm older we will all remember iPhones and probably think they are so weird and old because the technology is so quick at updating.

Millionaires From Norway

 

Every Norwegian became a millionaire after the news that they were all worth a million Kroner. The Government Pension Fund is invested in oil and gas. The author calls the residents paper millionaires because they are only millionaires on paper. I think the reason that we don't have such a fund is because we don't have a government that surpluses wealth.

Verruckt Water Slide

The Verruckt water slide in Kansas City, Missouri is the worlds largest and tallest water slide in the entire world. The park officials of Schlitterbahn Water Park are hoping to beat the world record of the 14-story high Insano located in Brazil. The co-owner of the theme park, Jeff Henry also known as the 'Wizard of the Water' designed this water slide. He is nicknamed that because of the ideas of the other insane attractions. I would love to go on the Verruckt water slide with my friends because it seems really fun and a great experience.

Mini Windmills

 

Jung-Chih Chiao is an electrical engineering professor and he decided to make very tiny windmills. They are only 1.8 mm in diameter! They are made from a type of flexible nickel called alloy and a single wafer. Researchers are thinking that they might sell them in packs of 100 for emergency cell phone chargers. A few thousand could power the communication, security, and lighting of a house. It won't be long before the micro windmills are on the market.
