Free Blogging.

Usually we don't do a blog sometimes. But when we do do a blog it's mostly a free blog. Free blogging is basically posting your own blog instead of the teacher picking one for you. Most of the time i like to blog about most and just about all of my hobby. Like last time i blogged I blogged about airstoft. The time before that I blogged about football. You see what I'm talking about?

Helping Planet Earth

I can help planet earth by; Turning off the TV when i am not using it, pick up trash on the side of the street, turn of the light that I'm not using, not using motored vehicles as much as we usually do, not using as much electricity as i usually do.

Wrestling

Hi my name is Antoine. I like wrestling. I filled out the form today for wrestling. Wrestling is right after football season, so my Adrenalin is going to be still pumped from football. Wrestling is not fake. Wrestling is a physical sport, which alot of people like wrestling. Wrestling is for boys and girls. You can go to college for being a very good wrestler. One of my best friends did wrestling this year, and he was a very good wrestler. He is thinking about going to college for wrestling. But i don't think I'm going to go to college for wresting because i like football better.

Healthy Habits

It is very important to start the day with a healthy breakfast. Every morning you should get up and eat a bowl of cereal. If you are not hungry then still eat anyways. At 12:00 you should eat lunch. At lunch you should have like a ham sandwich,bottle of Kool-Aid,bag of plain chips,and a yogurt. At dinner time which is around 6-7 o'clock you should have meat,wheat,vegetables,and fruit.
