Track
Track at my school has started this Monday, and I am ready to run again! I haven't ran since Cross Country ended so I am pumped to get back in to racing. Most people don't like to run, or they might not be too good at it. For me, though, it's second nature. I think I'm a pretty fast runner, not to brag. I just like to do it, so usually I run about 5-6 miles a day. That gets in some good practice on the off season. During the season of Track or Cross Country though, I run twice as much and almost twice as hard. I never walk during practice, but if I do get tired, I just slow down a little bit until I catch my breath back.
